‘Tis the season, so put some “merry” in your Christmas-time wedding by including these wonderful holiday ideas! Festive invitations will let guests know they will be celebrating in holiday style; instead of a guestbook, have friends write their messages to you on ornaments you can keep and use in the years to come; have your guests ring in the newlyweds with beautiful silver bells; personalized ornaments as a memento of your wedding; a peppermint wonderland; baby’s breath wreaths; traditional Italian panettone cakes, personalized, are a sweet send-off; more festive invites; I just LOVE this message by Cheree Berry – “Tis the Season To Be Married!”; ornament centerpieces are the lights of the season.

Our wedding is two days before Christmas so I loved the ideas in this post. I didn't want the Christmas holiday to dominate the theme of our wedding but I definitely want our wedding to be festive and embody the spirit of the holidays. I love the idea of having our guests sign christmas ornaments (in our wedding colors) which they can hang on a christmas tree in our ballroom. It is the perfect way to have a unique guest book, decorate the ballroom and incorporate Christmas into the night.
