Earth day and spring rain bring two things to mind; the color green and fresh spring grass! Wheat grass is easy to grow and makes wonderful centerpieces, place card holders, and favors. Spring brings new life and renewal to the planet, and you can reflect that by using green grass reflections in candles, placemats, cakes and placecards. Remember to reuse and recycle!

Pastel colors, bunny rabbits, eggs and almond candies: there is no doubt that Easter is around the corner. While Spring still seems light years away here in NYC, it’s never too early to start predicting the coming season’s trends… and I’m calling for gingham! I loved this wedding found on Wedding Chicks, an organic wedding held at Round Barn Farm in Minnesota. The whole wedding reminds me of the English countryside! The bright flowers are perfect for May… I just love the details!
