This holiday season extend a peace offering to your family and the world with beautiful gold branches that glitter and sparkle with the season. Pick up fallen branches from your yard and spray paint them gold, or purchase them already made from a florist or online vendor. Use them as place card holders, chandeliers, or table decoration. Or stamp branches with gold ink on paper cuffs for a do-it-yourself favor, like these cookie boxes from One Girl Cookies.… Read More »

Here are some other Christmas ornaments I’ve been loving lately as well:

School’s back in session and I have chalk and blackboards on the brain. I was especially inspired when I saw these new Pottery Barn chalkboard rocks. In anticipation of all the upcoming Halloweeen festivities they’ve written spooky sayings all over them, but you can certainly “weddify” them and use them as crafty place cards or perhaps in a wedding wishes jar for the couple. These incredible outdoor dining tables, almost seemingly unending, is the fantastic work of Outstanding in the Field. Traveling all across the United States, they host 150-200 person dinners at farms, ranches and the like and feature the local food in a 5-course tasting menu with wine pairings. Who knew that farms had the best views in America?

Fall is just around the corner, and the variation of colors is what I love most about the season. Leaves range from golden to deep chocolate, and can be used in a variety of ways around your tables, from decor to place cards, as inspiration for a paper suite, tossed instead of petals down the aisle, or even as dessert. Easy to do yourself, and naturally eco-friendly, fall leaves are beautiful inside and out. ♥

I’m a sucker for “old stuff.” You know what I mean – items you absolutely don’t need but just have to have because they’re either so cool or would be perfect for that imaginary photo shoot you keep dreaming about. If you are an addict like me, Three Potato Four might just be too dangerous, as you are going to want to buy everything they have. Like romantic miniature skeleton keys that are great for wearing mysteriously around… Read More »
