This is officially one of my favorite weddings! The photographs are so classic they could be from any decade, the setting so perfect I’d like to just move into that backyard! The view from behind the daisies and the ceremony echo so well with the daisy wreaths in the pool and the barefoot bride on the dock makes me long for summer days. Enjoy!

If you’re planning a vineyard wedding, this is one real wedding to take note of! Set on the beautiful sprawling Wolffer Estates Vineyard in Long Island, NY, Melissa and Eric took full advantage of the spirit of their venue. What could be better than good food and wine enjoyed on a sparkling day to celebrate the marriage of two loving people? Look how beautifully the h’ors d’oeuvres were all presented too!
I absolutely adore this playful… Read More »

A beautiful Fisher Island wedding continues…
The bride and groom were married under the old tree that has been on the property since the early 1900′s. A raised platform with a beautifully covered chuppah was lit by lanterns that hung from the branches of the tree. Orchids were carefully placed amongst the old Banyan, creating an almost rainforest effect.
The tables were simply decorated with white flowers and… Read More »

The weekend began with guests taking the Fisher Island Ferry over to the exclusive island, accessible only by boat or ferry. Each guest received a
Navy & Lavender welcome tote, customized by the bride and groom to include their favorite snacks.
From the beautiful invitations to the magical settings, this

Lindsay and Matt were married in their hometown of Philadelphia and had a beautiful May wedding. They were the first couple to ever get married at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, in a retired building that is now the headquarters of Urban Outfitters. The result was a gorgeous wedding that was modern and chic, and they did a great job of incorporating the existing décor and structure of the giant space to make the reception intimate and warm. In true Philly… Read More »

Lindsay and Geoff wanted to get married outdoors somewhere meaningful to them, and so they held their ceremony on the lawn of her parent’s country club in New Jersey. Guests sat on beautiful white chairs with aubergine-colored cushions, while the night sky was illuminated by candlelight from the candelabras that lined the aisle.
Their chuppah was created out of a beautiful wire structure, from which strands of threaded orchids hung down and swayed in… Read More »

Born on Valentine’s Day and a true romantic, red was a natural choice for my wedding. From there I logically turned to classic red roses, but added a fresh take by incorporating a degrade effect (floral arrangements had shades of red fading into blushes and pinks, and ending in ivories and whites). Looking to my favorite bridal magazines for more guidance, I found a photo of the perfect tablescape, which featured elegant red lanterns. With that vision in mind, I… Read More »
